摘要
目的确定测量T波峰末间期(Tp—Te间期)的最佳导联。方法测量分析1481例健康人心电图12导联Tp—Te间期.取每—例研究对象最大Tp—Te间期及其所在的导联,并绘制最大Tp—Te间期分布导联的频数表,将最大Tp—Te间期分布高度集中的几个导联确定为测量Tp—Te间期的最佳导联。结果12导联心电图上,最大TD-Te间期主要分布于胸前导联,约占90.1%,尤其是V2~V4导联约占74.3%。这种分布在男性和女性中均具有良好的重复性。结论由于12导联心电图上最大Tp-Te间期的导联分布在胸前导联、尤其V2~V4导联具有很强的集中性,认为Tp—Te间期的测量可以只考虑胸前导联,而胸前V2~V4导联可以作为Tp—Te间期测量的统—选择。
Objective To determine the optimization lead for Tpeak-Tend interval measurement in electrocardiogram. Methods The Tpeak-Tend interval were measured and analyzed in 12 leads electrocardiogram which were recorded in 1481 healthy persons. In every subject, the maxium Tpeak-Tend interval and the lead for it to be present were adopted. The optimization lead for Tpeak-Tend interval measurement were determined to be the leads in which the maxium Tpeak-Tend interval appeared the most frequently. Results In 12 leads electrocardiogram, the maxium Tpeak-Tend interval appeared the most frequently in chest leads (90.1%), the frequency to be present in V2-V4 was 74.3%. The distribution was identical in man and woman. Conclusion Only would the chest leads be selected to measure Tpeak-Tend interval, V2-V4 leads may be selected as the unitive leads for Tpeak-Tend interval measurement.
