摘要
综述了近半个世纪以来国内外在雌雄异株树种植株性别相关性状及性别鉴定方面的研究,将其概括为形态学、生理学、生物化学、细胞学及分子生物学等几个方面。形态学、同工酶、生理的方法和化学药剂处理的鉴别方法相对简便易行,而RAPD、高分辨率流式细胞光度术以及利用HPLC测定酚类物质的方法较为准确、可靠。
Studies on sex related characteristics and plant sex identification of dioecious trees in the past fifty years were summarized and classified into 8 approaches in the light of measures taken. Morphological, physiological, chemical methods and the way of isoenzyme are comparitively handier, whereas methods of RAPD, high resolution flow cytometry and phenolic substance determination by HPLC are more accurate.
