摘要
根据新校区建设的实践,分析并提出了对管理制度、管理人员要求、严格工作程序、规划设计施工并重四个方面进行全面建设,是实现高校新区建设目标管理的有效途径,以期提高高校基建管理水平。
According to the practice of newly built campus construction, it analyses and puts forward that the overall construction of management institution, management personnel requirements, making working procedure strict and planning and designing construction are the effective ways to realize the target management of the newly built area of campus, so as to enhance college infrastructure management level.
