摘要
目的:测定血府逐瘀口服液中芍药苷、柚皮苷、甘草酸、阿魏酸和羟基红花黄色素A5种有效成分的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,在C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)上以乙腈-0.2%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温25℃;检测波长:254nm,320nm,400nm。结果:被测的5个成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.7%～99.7%,RSD为1.1%～2.2%。结论:所建立的方法对方中6味药材准确、快速地进行定量检测,可用于血府逐瘀口服液的质量控制。
Objective： To quantificate 5 bioactive components, namely paeoniflorin, naringin, glycyrrhizic acid, feru- lic acid,hydroxysafflor yellow A in Xuefuzhuyu oral liquid. Methods：Five target components were separated by C18 chromatographic column （4.6 mm×150 ram,5 μm） with a gradient mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0. 2% aqueous formic acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^ -1, column temperature of 25℃, and simultaneously quantificated by detected method of tri - wavelength of 254,320,400 nm. Results： The five compounds in their respective peak areas had good linearities and the average recovery rates were 97.7% - 99.7%, RSD was 1.1% -2.2%. Conclusion：The developed method is accurate and quick,and can be used for the quality control of Xuefuzhuyu oral liquid.
