摘要
胰腺癌恶性程度很高,早期特异性诊断和治疗成为延长患者生存期的关键。survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族中最强的凋亡抑制因子,许多常见肿瘤都有其特异性表达,已成为肿瘤诊断和治疗研究的热点。现就survivin在胰腺癌中的表达、与胰腺癌的预后、胰腺癌的survivin靶向治疗等研究进展作一综述,并探讨胰腺癌靶向survivin分子影像诊断的可行性。
Pancreatic carcinoma belongs to an extremely malignant tumor, its specific diagnosis and therapy in early stage conduce to a prolonged survival time. As a most inhibitive factor of IAP （ inhibitor of apoptosis protein） family, survivin is expressed in most tumors, which increasingly becomes to a hot research spot for diagnosis and therapy. In this text, the new progress of survivin investigated in pancreatic carcinoma will be reviewed and the feasibility of molecular imaging targeting survivin in it will be approached.
