后路减压植骨融合术治疗退变性腰椎滑脱疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察后路减压植骨融合术治疗退变性腰椎滑脱的疗效。方法采用后路减压植骨融合椎弓根钉棒系统内固定术治疗退变性腰椎滑脱43例。结果43例植骨完全融合,复位良好。术后JOA评分平均13.1分,明显高于术前的3.9分,P<0.05。症状改善率93%。随访9～18月,平均14.2月,疗效优12例,良28例,可3例,差0例。结论后路减压植骨融合内固定术是目前退变性腰椎滑脱的理想治疗手段。
