摘要
介绍一种窄脉冲信号峰值保持器,采用跨导型放大器,可对窄脉宽(10ns^250ns)、重频(单脉冲到kHz)的脉冲信号进行峰值检测。通过spice模型仿真和实际电路测量,表明该电路具有动态范围大、非线性小等特点。
A OTA-based narrow pulse peak hold circuit is presented. The input signal varies with puslewidth(10ns~250ns) and frequency(single pulse~kHz). Both spice simulation and pratical test results show that this circuit has a high dynamic range and a small nonlinearity.
