摘要
采用不同溶剂对蜂胶进行分级分离,获得4种提取物,并分别测定其总黄酮含量。通过薄层层析,对4种蜂胶组分进行初步分离。
Propolis was extracted by using different solvents.Four extracts were obtained.Furthermore,total flavonoids of each extract was dertermined.Through TLC,Preliminary seperation of four extracts was offered.
