中药配伍克罗米芬诱导排卵对子宫内膜容受性的影响被引量：10

摘要选择无排卵性不孕患者117例随机分为中药组、克罗米芬组及中药+克罗米芬组,比较三组HCG日子宫内膜形态及厚度,以及HCG日后第3天子宫螺旋动脉血流参数。结果发现,中药组及中药加克罗米芬组子宫内膜厚度明显高于克罗米芬组,而子宫螺旋动脉血流参数明显低于克罗米芬组(P均<0.05),三组间子宫内膜形态比较无显著性差异。中药加克罗米芬组妊娠率明显高于中药组及克罗米芬组(P<0.05)。认为中药促排卵汤可降低子宫螺旋动脉血流阻力,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高子宫内膜的容受性,从而获得较高的妊娠率。
