摘要 借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对A131GrAH36高强度船板钢拉伸断口进行检测分析,通过内部机理和外部诱因两方面的探讨,指出了拉伸断口分层与夹杂物、中心偏析等因素密切相关,并提出了相应的改善措施,拉伸试样断口分层率显著降低,取得明显效果。 The laminated fracture of A131GrAH36 steel is observed, detected and analyzed by metalloscope, SEM and EDS. By investigating into mechanism of fracture and effective factors, the results show that the laminated fracture occurred in the middle of the plate is related to inclusions and centre segregation. The improving measures are put forward. Therefor the ratio of laminated fracture is obviously decreade and the result is satisfactory.
