摘要
目的探索对分次曝光获得的胸腰椎数字影像进行拼接获得脊柱全长X片的方法。材料2007年7月-2008年7月在我院同时接受胸椎腰椎DR片检查的患者的数字影像。方法在PACS系统的浏览终端通过ImageViewer界面将原始数字影像另存为.JPG格式,在AutoCAD软件中测出其参考标尺的差异,在Adobe Photoshop软件中通过图片尺寸的放大缩小功能使得拟拼接影像的参考标尺一致。将参与拼接的数字图片移动复制到同一图片文件上,通过移动,使得投照时重复的脊椎部分恰好吻合,从而形成拼接好的脊柱全长片。将脊柱全长片在AutoCAD中打开,可完成角度测量等操作。结论通过数字影像拼接技术可获得满意的脊柱全长片,满足观察和测量要求。
Objective To explore how to get satisfactory total spinal radiograph images by splicing methods based on separate thoracic and lumbar digital radiographs. Methods Patients who received separate thoracic and lumbar spinal digital radiographs(sometimes including cervical radio- graphs)at the same time when keeping his or her position immovable between July 2007 and July 2008 were enrolled in the study. Their raw thoracic and lumbar spinal digital radiograph data(Di- tom format) were stored in hard disk. All raw thoracic and lumbar spinal radiographs were trans- formed to. JPG format in linage Viewer interface who was a subsystem of Silver PACS at the view terminal. These images were then opened in Auto CAD2006 as raster images to detect their dimension difference of reference rulers. The dimensions of the related images(thoracic and lumbar digital radiographs of the same patient,sometimes including cervical radiogrph) were then resized in Adobe Photoshop to make their ruler reference in size coincidence. The resized images were then moved or copied to one single image using function of the Adobe's layer palette. Adjusted the opacity percentage of the image at topper layer to make the image at lower layer visible. Moving the image at topper or lower layer to make the re-exposed portion at transitional rigion overlapped together before returning the opacity percentage of the topper layer to 100%. Total spinal radiographs were spliced out by merging visible layers into one layer. Results Total spinal radiographs were spliced out based on raw thoracic and lumbar digital radital radiographs (Dicom format,some- times imcluding cervical radiogrph) successfully using the above-metioned methdos. Opened the spliced total spinal ragiographs in AutoCAD ,angle and dimension measurement could be done satisfactory. Conclusion Qualified total spinal digital radiograph images could be spliced out based on raw separate thoracic and lumbar digital radiogrphs using lmageviewer,Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD soflwares. The spliced total spinal radiograph image could be used to fulfil viewing de- mand and quantitative measurement.
