“双师型”护理教师资格考评体系权重的研究 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]确立"双师型"护理教师资格考评体系各级指标的权重系数,以建立"双师型"护理教师资格考评综合评价指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲(Delphi)法对23名护理资深专家进行问卷调查,构建"双师型"护理教师资格考评体系;利用层次分析法建立层次结构模型,构造判断矩阵,通过计算确定指标权重并检验其逻辑一致性。[结果]各级指标权重均满足逻辑一致性要求,具有科学性和客观性。[结论]利用该体系对"双师型"护理教师进行综合评价,结合定性与定量指标,为公正、客观、准确地对"双师型"护理教师资格评价提供了统一标准。 Objective:To establish power weight coefficient of indexes at all levels of qualifications evaluation and examination system for "dual- qualification" type of nursing teachers, so as to set up comprehensive evaluation indexes system for them. Methods: A total of 23 experienced nursing experts were investigated by adopting Delphi method and filling out questionnaire. To construct qualifications evaluation and examination System for "dual- qualification" type of nursing teachers and to set up a hierarchy structure model and judgment matrix by using analytic hierarchy process. Then the index weights were calculated and the logical consistency of it was tested. Results:Power weight coefficients of indexes at all levels could meet to the needs of logical consistency. The results are scientific and objective. Conclusion: To combine qualitative with quantitative indexes, the system can provide unified standard for qualifications and evaluation of "dual - qualification" type of nursing teachers fairly, objectively and accurately.
