摘要
[目的]确立"双师型"护理教师资格考评体系各级指标的权重系数,以建立"双师型"护理教师资格考评综合评价指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲(Delphi)法对23名护理资深专家进行问卷调查,构建"双师型"护理教师资格考评体系;利用层次分析法建立层次结构模型,构造判断矩阵,通过计算确定指标权重并检验其逻辑一致性。[结果]各级指标权重均满足逻辑一致性要求,具有科学性和客观性。[结论]利用该体系对"双师型"护理教师进行综合评价,结合定性与定量指标,为公正、客观、准确地对"双师型"护理教师资格评价提供了统一标准。
Objective：To establish power weight coefficient of indexes at all levels of qualifications evaluation and examination system for ＂dual- qualification＂ type of nursing teachers, so as to set up comprehensive evaluation indexes system for them. Methods： A total of 23 experienced nursing experts were investigated by adopting Delphi method and filling out questionnaire. To construct qualifications evaluation and examination System for ＂dual- qualification＂ type of nursing teachers and to set up a hierarchy structure model and judgment matrix by using analytic hierarchy process. Then the index weights were calculated and the logical consistency of it was tested. Results：Power weight coefficients of indexes at all levels could meet to the needs of logical consistency. The results are scientific and objective. Conclusion： To combine qualitative with quantitative indexes, the system can provide unified standard for qualifications and evaluation of ＂dual - qualification＂ type of nursing teachers fairly, objectively and accurately.
