摘要
目的探讨胺碘酮在犬急性心肌梗死模型建立过程中预防心律失常的价值。方法对11只比格犬采用闭胸式冠状动脉插管法建立急性心肌梗死模型应用于MR成像研究进入本回顾性队列研究,其中5只犬未采用胺碘酮预防心律失常,6只犬经静脉注射胺碘酮预防心肌梗死。结果5只未接受胺碘酮犬中4只发生心律失常,其中2只经电除颤及心外按摩复苏,2例死亡,1只建模成功次日死亡。6只接受胺碘酮犬中无1例心律失常发生,均成功建模并顺利完成实验。采用胺碘酮组心律失常发生率低于未接受胺碘酮组(P=0.015)。结论胺碘酮能在犬急性心肌梗死模型建立中有效预防心律失常发生,值得在急性心肌梗死模型建立中推广应用。
Objective To investigate value of amiodarone in prevention of arrhythmia during the establishment of acute myocardial infarction model in dogs. Methods Eleven bugle dogs, which were used for MR imaging of ischemie myocardial by injection of embolism materials through coronary to establish acute myocardial infarction model with a close-chest method ,were enrolled in this retrospective cohort study . 5 dogs didn't receive amiodarone while 6 dogs received to prevent the occurrence of arrhythmia during the procession of model establishment. Results In the five dogs which didn't receive amiodarone, arrhythmia occurred in 4 dogs. Two dogs were rescued after electrical shocks and heart press, while other two dogs died immediately. One dog died second day after the setting up of the model. All six dogs which received amoodarone survived . There were no arrhythmia and all dogs completed the experiment. The incidence of arrhythmia in dogs which received amiodarone was less than that in dogs which didn't receive amiodarone (P = 0. 015). Conclusions The administration of amiodarone can effectively prevent arrhythmia and recommended in the establishment of acute myocardial infarction model.
