摘要
工业生产中,转动设备轴向振动故障并不多见,且没有现成的解决方案。因此在实际工作中若遇到这类问题,其分析和处理均存在一定的困难。针对这类问题进行了深入的分析和探讨,对多个不同实例的故障现象进行了描述,对故障原因进行了分析,最终详细给出了故障的处理过程,并从设备管理的角度阐明了观点,对这类问题的处理进行了总结。
Axial vibration fault of rotating equipment is infrequent in industrial production, and there is no forthcoming treatment. So the analysis and treatment are difficult when these faults happen. In this paper these faults are analyzed and studied deeply. The fault phenomenons of several instances are described, and the causes are analyzed, then the disposing process is given in detail. The opinions are illustrated from the view of equipment management. The methods for resolving these faults are concluded.
