摘要
观察了由蝇蛆壳制备而成的几丁糖(壳聚糖),在pH5.6、1mg/ml时16种常见植物病原真菌的生长抑制作用,以及几丁糖含量分别在0.75、1.5、3.0、6.0mg/ml时对菌丝生长的抑制情况,发现几丁糖具有广谱的抑菌特性,而且随几丁糖浓度的提高,其抑制率也相应提高,但当几丁糖浓度达到3.0mg/ml以后,抑制率又保持相对稳定;从抑菌效果来看,几丁糖对丝核菌的抑制效果高,而对棉炭疽病及茄枯萎病菌则基本无抑制效果。
The inhibiton of fly maggot chitin made by chemical means on sitxeen kinds of plant pathogenic fung. at pH 5.6, 1mg/ml and at 0.75,1.50,3.00,6.00 mg/ml was detected, the result shows that chitin has wide spectrum bacteriostasis. The inhibiting rate rises with the rising of chitin concentration, but remains relatively steady when chitin concentration reaches 3.0 mg/ml. The chitin can strongly inhibit Rhizoctonia solani, but almost has no effect on Calletotrichum gossypii sowha and Fusarium oxysporum lycopirsici.
