摘要
采用磷酸钙沉淀法对经过释磷处理后的污泥上清液进行磷回收,考察了影响磷回收率的主要因素。研究表明,在温度为40~60℃、初始pH值为9.20、钙磷比为2.1的条件下,经10min的反应后,磷回收率可达93%以上。回收产物中磷和钙的含量分别达16.34%和29.22%,而氟、硫等元素的含量均在2%以下,非常适合作为磷酸盐工业的原料。
The recovery of phosphorus released from sewage sludge was carried out using calcium phosphate precipitation method, and the main factors affecting phosphorus recovery were investigated. The results show that at the temperature range of 40 ℃ to 60℃, initial pH value of 9.20 and calcium/ phosphorus ratio of 2.1, the phosphorus recovery rate reaches more than 93% after 10 minutes. The percentages of phosphorus and calcium by mass in the precipitate are 16.34% and 29.22% respectively. Meanwhile, elements such as sulfur and fluorine are all less than 2% of the precipitate mass. The precipitate is suitable as a raw material for the phosphate industry.
