摘要
目的:建立一种乳品中三聚氰胺含量的气相色谱分析方法。方法:通过乙腈提取乳品中的三聚氰胺,采用-20℃冷冻分层进一步去除蛋白质、脂肪等基质,取上清液氮吹干,硅烷化衍生,再由气相色谱仪的FID检测器分析。结果:采用外标法定量,该方法在0.5~10 mg/L浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,加标回收率在86.7%~116.0%之间,相关系数r^2为0.9998,相对标准偏差不大于6.2%,方法检测限为0.1 mg/L。结论:通过与国标检测方法测得结果相比较、验证,确定该方法能在普通气相色谱仪的通用检测器FID上完成分析测定,具有准确性高、重现性好、实用性强、容易推广和普及等优点,可满足广大基层实验室日常检测乳品中三聚氰胺的工作需求。
Objective:To establish a method of gas chromatography for the determination of melamine in dairy.Methods:The melamine of dairy was extracted with acetonitrile,and the base material such as protein and fat was removed by freezing demixing at-20℃.Then the supernatant was dried by blower N2 and the melamine derivative by silanization was detected by FID.Results:This method with good linearity relation between 0.5~10 mg/L used external standard method.The recovery was between 86.7%~116.0% and the coefficient of correlation r^2 was 0.9998.The relative standard deviation was less than 6.2%.The limit of detection was 0.1 mg/L.Conclusion:This method can be used to detect melamine by FID in the ordinary gas chromatography by comparing with the results of national standard method.This method has high veracity,good reproducibility,better practicability and easy popularization,so it can be used for the determination of melamine of dairy in the basic level laboratory.
