摘要
目的:建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水果中赤霉素、苯甲酸、糖精钠和胭脂红含量的方法。方法:水果样品经50%甲醇-水提取后,用HLB萃取,以甲醇+水(3+1)洗脱,洗脱液经C18柱分离、二极管阵列检测器检测,用高效液相色谱仪测定水果中赤霉素、苯甲酸、糖精钠和胭脂红。结果:HLB萃取柱可有效去除样品中干扰物质,浓缩样品中的被测物质,方法定量准确,线性好,相关系数r>0.999,相对标准偏差<5.0%,加标回收率可达90%以上。结论:本方法萃取效率高,灵敏度高,定量准确,可用于测定水果中赤霉素、苯甲酸、糖精钠和胭脂红。
Objective:To establish a SPE-HPLC method for the determination of gibberellin,benzoic acid,saccharin sodium and ponceau 4R in fruits.Methods:Fruit samples were extracted with methnal/water(50%) and cleaned up with Waters HLB solid extration phase.Then gibberellin,benzoic acid,saccharin sodium and ponceau 4R were determined by HPLC with PAD detector.Results:The four components were concentrated and separated completely by HLB cartridges.The good correlation and coefficient of the standard curve were obtained(r〉0.999),the recoveries of sample were 92%~104% with relative standard deviations between 3.5% and 4.3%.Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable and accurate for determination of gibberellin,benzioc acid, saccharin sodium and ponceau 4R in fruits.
