摘要
介绍生物医学开放获取期刊现状,从数据采集机制、元数据结构设计、服务模式设计、数据管理平台规划等方面,论述中国医学科学院医学信息研究所外文生物医学开放获取期刊导航系统的建设思路与实践。
With the general introduction to biomedicine Open Access journals status, the paper elaborates the construction ideas and practice on establishing Foreign Biomedicine Open Access Journals Navigation System of Institute of Medical Information, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, from the following aspects ： data collecting mechanism, meta - data structure design, service model design, and platform planning for data management.
