摘要
报道新合成的3个双炔失碳酯类似物SCANP9204、9218和9222及与双炔失碳酯抗早孕的比较研究。结果表明，3个类似物对小鼠和家兔的抗早孕效果均优于双炔失碳酯，雌激素活性也较双炔失碳酯低，且均未见抗雌激素活性。
In this paper, the antiearly pregnancy effects of Anordrin and its three analogues:SCANP 9204 [2a,17a-diethynyl-A-nor-So-androstan2β, 17β-diol di- (4-allyl-piperazinyl) acetate], SCANP 9218 (2a, 17a-diethynyl-A-nor-5a-androstandiol dipyrrolidylacetate). SCANP 9222 (2a, 17a-diethynyl-A-nor-5a-androstane-2β 17β-diol diformyl oxyacetate) were given and their estrogenicity and antiestrogenicity were analyzed, The result showed that SCANP9204, SCANP9218, SCANP9222 possess higher antifertility effects and less estrogenicity than Anordrin, but the differences between them do not seem obvious. And they all show no apparent antiestrogenic activity.
