摘要
通过设置相关参数对步进电动机进行控制,提出了以AT89C51单片机为核心控制器的蠕动式点胶机的控制系统。系统在定时器中断服务程序中根据频率-步长表对步进电机速度进行调节,从而实现了硬件、软件两个方面对蠕动式点胶机的控制设计,达到了预期效果。
A peristalsis dispenser control system had been proposed which based on controller, through setting related parameters to implement the controlling of the step AT89C51 as a core motor. The system regulated the speed of the step motor according to the table in timer interrupt procedure. Designing and controlling peristalsis dispenser from hardware and software aspects, and a expected effect had been achieved.
