摘要
选用腐蚀速率R为评价指标,对试验钢成分和热处理条件进行了正交试验和方差分析。分析结果表明:耐腐蚀性能最好的组合条件为Cu=0、Mn=0.2%、V=0.8%、Si=0.1%(wt.%);固溶温度1100℃、固溶时间2h、时效温度520℃;因素显著性顺序为Mn>Cu>Si>V,固溶温度>时效温度>固溶时间。腐蚀试验结果表明最佳组合Cr20Ni18Mo6Mn0.2V0.8Si0.1型超级奥氏体不锈钢经1100℃固溶2h+520℃时效4h处理后,在高浓度氯离子溶液中的耐腐蚀性能优异。
The orthogonal test and ANOVA have been carried out to test steel components and heat treatment conditions with corrosion rate as evaluating indices, resulting in that the optimum combination of conditions of corrosion resistant properties was that Cu 0,Mn 0.2% ,V 0.8% ,Si 0.1% (wt.%),solution temperature 1100℃,solution time 2h,aging temperature 520℃. Factor significance sequence was Mn〉Cu〉 Si〉V;solution temperature〉aging temperature〉solution time.The results showed that Cr20Ni18Mo6MnVSi super austenitic stainless steel in the chloride solution had excellent corrosion resistance properties after solution treatment at 1100℃ for 2h and followed by the aging treatment at 520℃ for 4h.
