摘要
本文通过六氯环三磷腈三聚体的亲核取代反应制备了三邻苯二胺基环三磷腈、六酚氧基环三磷腈和六异丙氧基环三磷腈阻燃剂。选用磷腈类化合物与氢氧化镁配合作为阻燃剂添加到聚乙烯中,通过锥形量热计和热分析等研究其燃烧热解特性,结果表明加入合适的磷腈化合物和氢氧化镁可得到无卤低毒的聚乙烯电缆料。

Tri(ophenylenediamine)cyclophosphazene, hexaisopropoxycyclotriphosphazene and Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene were prepared by nucleophilic substitution of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene in this paper. Polyethylene electric cable material was modified by phosphazene and Magnesium hydroxide, and its heat decomposition and combustion was studied by cone calorimeter and thermal analysis. It was shown that the lowtoxic and nonhalogen polyethylene electric cable material could be obtained by adding suitable phosphazene and Magnesium hydroxide.
