摘要
南京政府时期,继续进行大规模的铁路建设,由于财政困难,建设资金多依靠借款筹集。中国金融界通过透支、承购债券、担保等方式,提供了大量的资金支持,促进了中国近代铁路事业的发展。以近代著名的金融集团——北四行(指金城、盐业、中南、大陆四家银行,该四行均以北方为活动重点,成立了四行联营事务所等联营机构,长期进行联合经营,史称"北四行"。)在南京政府时期的铁路放款投资为中心进行研究,回顾这一历史过程。
During Nanjing Govornment period, railway construction was continued in a large-scale. As the finance was difficult, most of the construction funds were raised by loans. Chinese finance circle provided the funds through overdraft, bond, guarantee and other ways. In this article, we choose the famous financial clique in modern time, the North Four Bank, as the study object, to recollect this phase of history.
