宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜强回声团块235例临床分析

摘要 目的探讨宫腔镜对不孕患者子宫内膜强回声团块的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析在我院就诊时经B超检查提示子宫内膜强回声团块的不孕患者235例,所有患者行宫腔镜检查和病理检查。结果235例患者中,73.19%(172/235)的患者宫腔内存在病变,69.36%(163/235)的患者有子宫内膜息肉;宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉的敏感度96.39%(160/166),特异度95.00%(57/60),假阴性率3.61%(6/166),假阳性率5.00%(3/60)。结论宫腔镜能为不孕患者子宫内膜有无病变提供准确的诊断,对于B超检查提示子宫内膜强回声团块的不孕患者具有较高的诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy on endometrial dense-echo mass in infertile women. Methods Retrospectively analying 235 infertile patients of endometrial dense-echo mass indicated by ultrasonography in our hospital. All patients underwent hysteroscopy and pathological examination. Results It was that 73.19% had abnormal cavity ,and there were 69.36% be diagnosed endometrial polyp. The sensitivity ,specificity ,false negative rate ,and false positive rate of hysteroscopy for diagnosing endometrial polyp was 96.39%,95.00%,3.61% and 5.00%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy is a accurate method to the Diagnose of endometrium disorders, it has a high diagnostic value in infertile patients of endometrial dense-echo mass.
