采用血液净化治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床体会

摘要急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）是临床常见的危重症疾病，起病急进展速度快，并发症较多，病死率较高，针对其发病机制已有胰酶激活，自身消化学说，细胞因子级联瀑布效应学说，微循环障碍，内毒素血症等学说，而炎症因子在整个疾病的发展和转归过程中发挥决定性作用。
