摘要
人力资源绩效管理战略分为知识效益战略和经济效益战略,回顾资源型城市及其人力资源管理的研究成果,以黑龙江省13个资源型城市为研究对象,利用二因素方差分析方法验证知识效益战略和经济效益战略的交互效应,在此基础上得出资源型城市应采用均衡型知识效益战略,辅以持续型经济效益战略的结论。
By sampling 13 cities in tteilongjiang Province, the paper classifies the strategy of human resource performance management in resource - based cities into knowledge benefit strategy and economic benefit strategy. Their interactive effect is verified with Two - Way ANOVA method. It concludes that the combined equilibrium of knowledge benefit strategy and sustainable economic benefit strategy should be adopted by resourcebased cities.
