摘要
在0.004mol/LHCl-1×10-3mol/LSCN--5×10-5mol/L磷酸三丁酯(TBP)溶液中,Cu2+可在-0.42V(vs.SCE)产生灵敏的极谱波,波高较无TBP存在时增加近3倍,二阶导数峰电流与0.005~4.0mg/LCu2+呈线性关系。研究了极谱波性质及增敏机理,表明该极谱波为配合物吸附波,TBP起协同吸附作用。本法已用于实际样品分析,结果满意。
In a solution containing 0.004mol/L HCl,1×10^-3mol/L KSCN and 5×10^-5mol/L TBP,a sensitive catalytic wave of copper has been obtained.The peak height is about three times higher than that obtained without TBP.The relationship between peak height of second derivative wave and concentration of copper is linear in the range of 0.005~4.0mg/L.The wave is an adsorptive complex wave .A very hydrophobic and strongly adsorptive complex is formed on the mercury drop electrode with the addition of TBP,the copper reduction response is then enhanced.The polarographic method has been applied to the determination of copper in several kinds of samples.
