摘要
以大花惠兰试管苗为试验材料,通过比较增殖和生根两生长阶段试管苗的生长质量,发现在增殖状态下随着6-BA浓度升高,培养基逐渐变褐,而生根状态下培养基无颜色变化;增殖苗的光合速率高于生根苗,且6-BA在一定浓度范围内,增殖苗的光合速率、叶绿素含量及叶片生长速率均随着6-BA浓度的升高而增大,这为兼顾试管苗增殖阶段丛生芽的数量与质量提供了依据。
In this article,taken Cymbidium granflorum test-tube seedlings as experimental material,compared the growth quality between proliferating treatments and rooting treatments,the result showed that the proliferating mediums became browner going up with the strength of 6-BA,the rooting mediums had no analogous change.The photosynthetic rate of proliferating seedlings was higher than that of rooting treatment,the strength of 6-BA was positive correlated to the photosynthetic rate in certain degree.Furthermore,this conclusion supplied academic foundation to confirm the quantity and quality of adventitious shoots in proliferating phase.
