摘要
对于光电探测器,太阳光是一种比较常见的环境干扰,但经地面散射的太阳光对光电探测器造成的干扰的影响文献报道的并不多。所以建立了理想光电探测器的探测模型和面元散射模型,推导了太阳光直接照射在光电探测器上引起干扰的等效光强的数学表达式,在探测模型和面元散射模型的基础上,采用面元积分法从理论上研究了经地面散射的太阳光对光电探测器的干扰。角度在不同范围内时,干扰的等效光强具有不同的变化规律:当光电探测器引出的视线全都与地面相交时,干扰等效光强的大小与光电探测器正对着地面时相同;当光电探测器引出的视线中有一部分与地面相交时,干扰随光电探测器轴线与地面法线间的夹角的增大而减小;当光电探测器引出的视线都不与地面相交时,光电探测器不受地面散射的太阳光干扰。
The sunlight is a common kind of interference on photodetectors.But few papers have studied interference on photodetectors caused by sunlight scattered by ground.Idealized models are established for detection of photodetector and scattering of area element.Expression of interference to the photodetector caused by sunlight directly propagating into the detector is given.On the basis of detection model and scattering model,interference on photodetectors caused by sunlight scattered by ground is theoretically studied with area element integration.The equivalent power of interface varies with different ranges of angles in which the photodetector is posed.In case all lines of sight from photodetector meet ground,the interferences is equal to that when photodetector heads right toward ground.In case a part of lines of sight from photodetector meet ground,the interferences decreases while the angle between axis of detector and normal line of ground increases.In case no line of sight from photodetector meets ground,no interference is caused by sunlight scattered by ground.
