高血压脑病继发脑梗死一例 被引量：1

摘要 临床资料 患者女性，39岁，因“头痛1周”于2008年4月14日入院。患者1周前无诱因出现头胀痛，程度较剧，尚可忍受，位于前额、两颞及颈部，呈阵发性，每次持续半小时到数小时不等，能完全缓解，1周来反复头痛，入院前1d头痛加重，伴呕吐。有肾炎、高血压病史3年，未降压治疗，无糖尿病、关节痛等病史。体检：体温37．3℃、脉搏100次／min、血压234／140mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），
