摘要
目的观察苍术挥发油提取物制剂的杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室检测。结果以含体积分数1.0%苍术挥发油制剂对载体上大肠杆菌浸泡作用1 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌浸泡作用2 min,对白色念珠菌浸泡作用10 min,平均杀灭率均达到99%以上。有机物对该提取物制剂的杀菌效果有一定影响。该提取物制剂经54℃存放14 d,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌效果无改变。结论苍术挥发油制剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌有较好的杀灭效果,储存性能稳定。
Objective To evaluate the germicidal efficacy of the volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis Koidz. Method Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out experimental study. Results The killing rates of Escherichia coli exposed to the 1.0% （v/v） stock solution of the volatile oil for 1 min, Staphylococcus aureus exposed for 2 min and Candida albicans exposed for 10 min were over 99.0% in average. Organic substance had certain influence on the germicidal efficacy of the volatile oil. After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, its efficacy in killing E. coli, S. aureus and C. albicans was not influenced. Conclusions The volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis Koidz has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi and is stable during storing.
