摘要
为了深入揭示企业知识状态及其属性对企业技术核心能力的影响程度,在分析企业知识状态属性构成的基础上,本文构建了知识状态属性与技术核心能力的关系模型。运用结构方程模型对调查问卷进行分析,证明企业知识状态由知识存量、知识结构、知识分布、知识水平和知识流动五部分构成,且均对技术核心能力有显著的正向影响。
In order to reveal corporate knowledge state thoroughly and find out how much it affects the corporate technology core capacity,this paper,based on an analysis of the components of knowledge state,constructs a relation model between the corporate knowledge state and the technology core capacity.SEM is used to analyze the questionnaires.The result proves that corporate knowledge state consists of five parts：knowledge stock,knowledge structure,knowledge distribute,knowledge level and knowledge flow,all of which have a significant positive effect on technology core capacity.
