摘要
模拟实际工程中不同金属连接形式和不同的环境介质,对其进行腐蚀现象和腐蚀程度的长期观察,得到各种工况腐蚀程度图。分析原电池腐蚀机理,指出不利的金属搭接方式和环境介质严酷程度的排序。试验表明:铁和镀锌铁之间搭接抗腐蚀效果最好,在介质中海水水线附近环境对金属的侵蚀最为严重。
Through the simulation of different metal connecting forms and different environment medium in practical construction, long-term observation of corrosion phenomena and degree has been done. All kinds of corrosion degree charts are obtained, the principles of galvanic cell corrosion are analysed, inappropriate metal connecting forms and a listing of environment medium in order of corrosive effect are indicated. The experiments show that the connection between iron and galvanized iron is the most corrosion resistant. Moreover, among the environmental medium, areas near sea border have the most serious corrosive effect on metals.
