介绍了读者权益的概念及内容,分析了读者权益的特点,提出了高校图书馆保障读者权益的机制建设。
This paper introduces the concepts and contents of the readers＇ rights and interests,analyzes the characteristics of readers＇ rights and interests, and probes into the problem of the construction of the mechanism for guaranteeing readers＇ rights and interests in university library.
