摘要
针对混合系统可靠性评估的困难,提出均值置信限等效原则来进行寿命型数据(如指数分布、Weibull分布等)到成败型数据折算。该方法克服了矩匹配法的缺点,后者的折算误差通常较大,属于该类方法的均值方差法和evaluation function方法(EF方法)也难以推广到Weibull分布情形,Bayes方法又依赖于验前信息。文中所提出的方法很容易应用到Weibull分布的情形,而且对于工程中重点关注的可靠度点估计和置信下限估计,折算前后也保持了一致性。以指数分布和Weibull分布到成败型的折算为例进行推导,并通过3个算例证明该方法的有效性。
For the difficult of the reliability evaluation of the mixed systems, a method is presented which converts the life data ( such as exponential distribution and Weibull distribution) into the data of success or failure by the equivalent principle of the mean-value and confidence limits. This method avoids the defects of the method of moments matching which usually had large error. Some cases belonging to the method of moments matching, such as the evaluation function (EF) method and the method of mean-value and variance, do not extend to Weibull distribution, and Bayesian method depended on prior information. The method proposed could be easily applied to Weibull distribution, and keep on the consistency of mean value and confidence limits of the converted data and original data. The formulations of the method for converting exponential distribution data or Weibull distribution data to the data of success or failure were derived. Three examples proved the validity of the method.
