摘要
依据高职类教学改革的要求,结合《药事管理实务》精品课程建设,介绍了校企合作开发课程,依据岗位真实任务设计教学内容,采用“四阶段”教学模式实现教学与实习地点的一致性,在“工学结合”。教学场所运用“六步骤”教学过程,设计“四结合”教学评价体系,在教师引导下开展以学生为主的教学组织,构建立体化网络教学资源,提高学生自主学习能力,加强“双师”结构教师队伍建设等课程设计理念。
Based on the new requirements of vocational teaching innovation, the author puts forward the creative conception of Pharmaceutical Administration Practice excellent course. The innovation begins with the com,se design by school-enterprise cooperation, focusing on practical demands of future career. The fourstage teaching pattem realizes the unity of teaching and practice site, the six-step teaching process is used in teaching site of practice combined with learning, and four-combination teaching evaluation system is designed. In class, the student-centered approach is adopted under the teacher's instruction. In this creative framework, resorting to constructing and using Intemet-based teaching database, teachers can emphasize development of students'autonomous learning. In addition, improvement of double qualified teachers can be strengthened.
