摘要
为探明固氮菌接种对甘蔗根系生理特性的影响,用甘蔗内生固氮菌GGS6、LCT2和QZT2的混合菌液对巴西固氮甘蔗品种B8(RB86-7515)和广西当家甘蔗品种新台糖22号(ROC22)进行固氮菌接种和不接种处理,在不同时期测定根系活力、碳水化合物、蛋白质含量和固氮菌的固氮酶活性。结果表明,与不接菌处理相比,接菌处理使两供试甘蔗品种根系碳水化合物总量、蛋白质含量均有不同程度提高;明显提高了不同时期B8根系活力,在7月12日、8月17日ROC22的根系活力也有所提高;接菌处理在7月30日、8月17日提高了B8根系固氮菌的固氮酶活性,而提高了不同时期ROC22的酶活性。因此,固氮菌接种有助于甘蔗根系的生长代谢。
The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of inoculation of mixture of endogenous nitrogen fixation bacteria strains, GGS6, LCT2 and QZT2 on physiological characteristics of roots in sugarcane. Sugarcane varieties BS(RB86-7515) and ROC22 were employed and roots were employed for four times for analysis of root activity, carbohydrate and protein contents, and nitrogenase activity. The results showed that, compared with the treatment without inoculation of endogenous nitrogen fixation bacteria, the treatment with inoculation of mixture of endogenous nitrogen fixation bacteria improved the carbohydrate and protein contents in roots of the two sugarcane varieties and the root activity of B8 at different dates and that of ROC22 on July 12 and August 17, and the nitrogenase activity in roots of ROC22 at different dates and that of B8 on July 30 and August 17. It is concluded that inoculation of endogenous nitrogen fixation bacteria is good for the aTowth and metabolism of plant roots in sugarcane.
