摘要
农业信息化是现代农业的重要支撑。经过10多年的建设和发展,我国农业信息化在基础建设、组织服务体系、信息采集渠道等方面取得了很大成效,但也存在基层信息技术人才紧缺、农业信息化意识不强、信息服务滞后等问题,通过加大投入,强化政府职能,重视人才培养,提高农民素质,扩大信息普及等措施,能有效推进农业信息化建设,促进现代农业发展。
Agricultural informationization is essential to support the modern agriculture. After 10 years of construction and development, China＇s agricultural informationization has made great achievements in infrastructure construction, system of organization service, and information collection channel. But some problems still existed, for example, the shortage of local talents in information technology, poor awareness of agricultural informationization. In order to promote the construction of agricultural informationization and the development of modern agriculture, some measures including expanding the investment, strengthening the government＇s role, paying more attention to training, improving the farmer quality, expanding information population etc. should be taken.
