摘要
土地供应市场化是城市用地扩展的重要驱动力之一。以武汉市为例,采用定量分析方法分别阐述土地供应市场化对城市内涵式扩展和外延式扩展的影响。结果表明:土地供应市场化对城市用地扩展具有推力和拉力双重作用,它有助于挖掘城市内部用地潜力以约束不必要的外延扩展,应进一步推动土地供应市场化发展,并发挥政府的积极作用以消除城市土地市场失灵。
Land marketization is one of the most important driving forces for urban expansion. Taking Wuhan as an example, this paper analyzes quantitatively the effect of land marketization on urban expansion. The result indicates that land marketization both promotes urban expansion and restrains it by improving the level of urban land intensive use at the same time. Some measures should be taken to further develop land marketization and resolve urban land market failure through governmental intervening.
