摘要
提出一种基于电路网络分析与噪声分析理论的模拟电路故障检测系统,以DSP为核心,采用互功率谱测量电路的输出噪声谱。通过实验验证系统故障检测的准确率。
This paper proposes a kind simulated circuit fault testing system based on circuit network analysis and noise analysis theory.Based on DSP,it uses cross-power spectrum to test output noise spectrum.Through experiments,the accuracy of system fault testing are proved.
