摘要
根据溶浸采矿类型及固液相对运动方式,结合表面物理化学机制,考察了浸出过程中浸出液与矿石的接触形式;同时从表面自由能和力学角度出发,探讨了浸润功、沾湿功、铺展系数和毛细上升高度公式。结果表明:影响浸出液与矿石接触的最主要因素为浸出液表面张力、接触角、矿石表面性质和外界温度以及浸出液在矿石表面的运动。针对溶浸采矿工艺,提出了几点建议。
Based on different types of leaching mining,the relative motion of solid-liquid,and some surface physicochemical theories,the contact form of ore with leaching solution was examined.From the angle of mechanics and surface free energy,the formulas of wetting energy,adhesional energy,spreading coefficient and capillary height have been analyzed.The results show that the main factors impacting the contact form of ore with leaching solution are contact angle,solution surface tension,the ore surface property and temperature,and solution movement on the ore surface.Some suggestions are pointed out for leaching mining.
