摘要
新时期历史文化街区的开发急需先进的理念和方法加以引导。苏州作为首批国家历史文化名城,其历史文化街区不同的开发模式带来了不同的开发效果。居住形态作为历史文化街区的原始形态,蕴含着巨大的历史文化价值,其发展状况对街区的兴衰起到极大的影响作用。正确处理好居住、商业和旅游业三者的关系,是历史文化街区的内在价值得以延续的关键。历史文化街区居住形态本身要受到社会、经济和文化等多种因素发展变化的影响,其未来发展方向也需要得到极大的关注。
New concepts and approaches are needed for historical district development.Suzhou is among the first group of national historical cities,and its different historical district development models have achieved different results.Residential morphology is original of historical district with extensive cultural value,and is significant to the district.Relationship among residence,business,and tourism is the key to the inheritance of the historical context.Influenced by social,economic,and cultural factors,more study is needed on historical district residential morphology in the future.
