摘要 本文介绍了基于砷化镓肖特基二极管的W波段高效率二倍频器。倍频器的结构紧凑,输入和输出均采用鳍线过渡。当输入功率为100mW时,倍频器在91.8GHz输出最大功率3.3mW。83GHz到98GHz的频率范围内,倍频器的倍频效率均大于2%。二倍频器可以把U波段信号源拓展到W波段。 This paper presents the design of high efficient w-band doubler,the doubler was built with a GaAs schottky diode.The input and output signal of the compact doubler were fed by finline.For the input power of 100mw,the maximal output power of 3.3mw was obtained at 91.8GHz.From 83GHz to 98GHz,the conversion efficiency was greater than 2%.This doubler can be used to extend U-band signal source to W-band.
