摘要
目的检测铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性以及β-内酰胺金属酶阳性率。方法采用K-B法检测356株铜绿假单胞菌对20种常用抗生素的耐药率,采用IPM+EDTA与CAZ+EDTA抑菌环直径之差判断金属酶阳必性率。结果356株铜绿假单胞菌有86株对IPM耐药。有155株对CAZ耐药,82株同时对CAZ与IPM耐药,从中共检测出16株铜绿假单胞菌产金属酶,对大多数抗生素形成耐药。结论金属酶对氨曲南和多粘菌素B稳定,可作为产金属酶铜绿假单胞菌临床感染治疗的首选药物。通过密切监视产金属酶菌株的发展趋势,合理使用抗生素,减少耐药菌株的传播。
Objective To study the drug-resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and pesitive rates of the e 13-lactamase producing by Pseudomonas.Method K-B methed was used to evaluate theresistance to the most common 20 antibiotics of 365 strains.The difference of the.diameterof the inhibitory zone of IPM+EDTA and CAZ+EDTA was calculated Result In 365 strains,there were 86 strains that resistant to IPM,155 strains that resistant to CAZ,and 82 strainsresistant to IPM+CAZ.Among them 16 strains producing β-lactamase were detected,which were resistantto most antibiotics.Conclusion Aztreonam and Polvmyxin B are stable to β-lactamase,They can be selecfion first selecfion the treatment of clinical infectioncaused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa producing β-lactamase.It suggests that the tendencyof the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and reasonable application of antibiotics should be emphasized,thus the spread of resistant strains can be reduced.
