四种抗肺炎支原体抗体检测方法应用比较 被引量:17

Comparison of the Applications of Four Different Testing Methods in Detecting Mycoplasma Pneumonia Antibody

摘要 目的探讨早期诊断肺炎支原体(MP)感染的实验室检测方法。方法分别采用血清抗体捕获EIA法、明胶颗粒法、ELISA法和冷凝集试验检测169例呼吸道感染住院患儿血清中抗-MP-IgM,并对四种方法的诊断特异度和灵敏度进行比较。结果EIA法、明胶颗粒法、ELISA法和冷凝集试验的灵敏度分别为98.7%、90.9%、75.3%和36.4%,特异度分别为87.0%、85.9%、85.9%和97.8%;EIA法和明胶颗粒法检测结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而ELISA法、冷凝集试验的检测结果与EIA法比较,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论EIA法和明胶颗粒法为支原体肺炎早期诊断较理想的方法,但前者的试验方法更为快速。 Objective To explore the sensitive and specific methods to be used in the early diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods The Immuno Card Mycopiasma EIA,the SERODIA-MYCOII passive agglutination method,ELISA and CAT was used-to examine MP IgM antibody in the blood sera of 169 children hospitalized for respiratory infections,and compared the diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of the four methods.Results The sensitivity of the four methods are 98.7%、90.9%、75.3% and 36.4% respectively and the specificity are 87.0%、85.9%、85.9% and 97.8% respectively;the difference between the ImmunoCard Mycoplasnla EIA and the SERODIA-MYDOII passive agglutmation method are not statistically signiticant(P>0.05),the difference between the ImmunoCard Mycoplasma EIA and ELISA or CAT are statistically significant remarkably(P<0.01).Conclilsion Both the ImmunoCard Mycoplasma EIA and the SERODIA-MYCOII passive agglutination method can be used in the early diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumonia,but the ImmunoCard Mycoplasma EIA is more rapid.
