摘要
目的探讨HIV与HCV双重感染者两病毒载量间及与T淋巴细胞计数的相关性。方法采用流式细胞技术和PCR技术。对13例HⅣ与HCV双重感染者进行CD3+、CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞计数和病毒核酸测定。并选用多种数学模型进行相关性分析。结果单因素相关回归分析显示,HIV病毒载量与CD3+和CD4+细胞计数分别呈现良好的负相关(r=0.5985,P=0.0166,r=0.8656,P=0.0000),HCV病毒载量与CD3+和CD4+细胞计数分别呈现良好的正相关(r=0.5931,P=0.0198,r=0.8627.P=0.0000),HIV和HCV病毒载量间呈负相关(r=0.8954,P=0.0000),多因素线性相关回归分析表明,CD3+和CD4+细胞计数及HCV与HIV病毒载量间均呈现良好的负相关(r=0.6051.P=0.0169:r=0.8656,P=0.0000,r=-0.9044,P=0.0000),逐步回归分析显示CD4+细胞计数和CD4+/CD8+比值及HCV病毒载量与HIV病毒载量问分别存在负相关关系。结论HIV与HCV重迭感染时,两病毒间表现出竞争性抑制或干扰现象。导致CD4+细胞计数多样化改变并呈现出下降趋势。
Objective To study the crrelation among viral load of HIV and HCV and Tlymphocyte count in superinfectel patients.Methods Techniques of fluorescent quantoative PCR sad flow eytometry were used to detcct viral loads and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ cell counts in 5 cases of HIV and HCV superinfected patients and analyzed by multiple mathematics models.Results Analysis of singer factor showed that there are statistical negative correlation between HIV viral load and CD3+ or CD4+ cell count(r=0.5985,P=0.0166;r=0.8656,P=0.000) and positive correlation between HCV viral load and CD3+ or CD4+ eell count(r=0.5931,P=0.0198;r=0.8627,P=0.000),there are staistical negative correlation between HIV and HCV viral load(r=-0.8954,P=0.0000) Analysis of muhiple factors showed that there are statisticd negative correlation between HIV viral load and CD3+ or CD4+ cell count or HCV viral load(r=0.6051,P=0.0169;r=-0.8656,P=0.0000;r=-0.8954,P=0.0000),analysis of stepwise regression showed that CD4+ cell count and CD4+/CD8+ ratio and HCV vial load have statisticsl negative correlation with HIV viral load.Condusion The interference and competitive inhibition are observed in viral load of HIV and HCV when HIV and HCV srperinfection,and CD4+ count multiply changed and showed degression tendency.
