摘要
高职高专人才培养工作水平评估无疑对高职院校的发展起着一定的促进作用,但在研读评估指标体系、迎接评估的资料准备及专家进校评估的实际操作过程中,我们不难发现,无论是指标体系本身、评估专家的实际操作,还是高职院校的迎评准备过程都存在某些误区和错误导向,分析高职高专人才培养工作水平评估的问题并加以正确引导,必将利于高职高专人才培养工作水平评估的健康发展。
The assessment of talent-training quality undoubtedly plays an important role in Vocational-technical Colleges. However, there exist obvious misunderstandings toward the assessment index during the process of researching the assessment index, preparing the files and the actual operation of the experts during their stay. The analysis of the issues of the assessment will surely provide guidance for Vocational-technical Colleges and hence lead the assessment to develop smoothly.
