摘要
目的了解大学生对艾滋病防治知识掌握情况。方法采取分层整群随机抽样方法在武汉市8所高校抽取2 059例在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病3大传播途径知晓率在90%以上,但对于"艾滋病窗口期"正确认知率为29.04%;对艾滋病非传播途径正确认知率在70%左右,艾滋病母婴传播途径完全正确认知率为10.00%;对大部分的艾滋病预防措施正确认知率在80%以上,但对"积极治疗性病"、"性生活时用安全套"等分别为47.84%和73.14%。结论大学生对艾滋病知识掌握不够全面,应针对不同类型大学生采取不同综合措施进行艾滋病防治宣传教育。
Objective To investigate the college students' knowledge of AIDS.Methods A total of 2 059 students from universities in Wuhan were sampled with the stratified and cluster sampling in order to investigate their knowledge about AIDS by questionnaires.Results The correct answer rate about three routes of AIDS transmission was above 90%,however,the correct answer rate about some routes which did not transmit AIDS was relatively low.The correct answer rate about MTCT was 10.00%.Major prevent ways of AIDS were knew correctly by above 80%,but some prevent ways were knew little,such as the treatment of Sexually Transmitted Disease and the use of condom,the correct answer rate was 47.84% and 73.14%.Conclusions The college students' knowledge of AIDS was not enough to prevent AIDS.Health education of AIDS should be carried out in college for a long time.
