摘要
硅橡胶具有耐高低温、绝缘性好等优点,但是其较差的粘接性限制了该材料的应用。底涂剂的诞生解决了这一问题。按照底涂剂中成膜剂的不同结构对其进行分类,分别介绍了6种硅橡胶用底涂剂的组成及其性能。其中包括以有机硅、丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、聚酰胺、氨基甲酸酯以及它们的混合物等为成膜剂的底涂剂。
Silicone rubber has many excellent properties such as temperature resistance,insulation and so on,while its bad adhesive ability limited its application.The using of primer can solve this problem.The composition and performance of six kinds of primers for silicone rubber are described in this paper,according to the composition of their filmogen,including silicone,acrylic resin,epoxy,polyamide,carbamate,the mixture of material mentioned earlier and so on.
